What are we looking for…..
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our expanding Installation team.
You will project manage and deliver various Air Conditioning and Refrigeration projects, ensuring delivery on time, cost, quality and scope, whilst managing stakeholder expectations, providing leadership, advice and technical expertise to our Installation engineers.
What will you do….
· Work closely with the price and design teams to determine the project scope and client expectations
· Create all necessary project documentation (plans, schedules, timelines, RAMS etc) in consultation with all relevant stakeholders, considering technical requirements and client/site requirements
· Manage any and all changes to the project scope and project schedules, costings and budgets, maintaining communication with all relevant stakeholders
· Identification and ordering of project materials and site requirements, ensuring the delivery of all requirements to site are on time and within budget for project commencement
· Leadership and day to day assignment of allocated resource, including subcontractors if/when necessary, ensuring 3rd party engagement
· Monitor and control activities/ budgets in order to track project status
· Manage stakeholder relationship throughout the project life cycle, keeping relevant stakeholders fully informed of progress and issue resolution
· Monitor and manage the quality and delivery of site based engineers
· Inspect quality of work in preparation for handover
· Conduct project review/handover with the client

Overview of role:
To be responsible for the planning, preparation and delivery of high quality training delivered with the Airco Centre of Excellence. To positively promote Airco at all times and be committed to achieving 'Outstanding' results in all areas of training delivered.
To plan, design and delivery identified courses and assist in the coordination and development of all aspects of the training programmes.
To be responsible for ensuring each learner makes progress with their learning and that they gain their qualifications in a timely manner to the requirements of the funding bodies and awarding bodies.
To teach to the correct level and in sufficient depth to enable learners to produce the required evidence to meet the assessment criteria.
To use diverse methods of assessment as required, enabling learners to achieve within their time-frame.
Maintain accurate records/paperwork including schemes of work, session plans, course attendance, recording of individual learners' progress and achievement.
To liaise professional with employers and/or supervisors who provide work experience, training or employment for learners through conducting observation visits/health and safety pre-vets, etc.
To meet regularly with the Training and Development Manager to ensure candidate progress is updated.
To contribute information, as required, ensuring that the qualifications delivered meet the requirements of the Awarding Bodies and the accompanying Codes of Practice.
To effectively participate in and comply with all aspects of Awarding Body and Quality Assurance processes.
To assist in the enrolment of candidate/students as required.
To contribute to standardisation procedures and registrations and attend regular standardisation / team meetings as required.
Contribute to Airco development plans, policies and strategies, as required.
Ensure the security, confidentiality and accuracy of records and information, as required, in accordance with Airco policies and procedures.
Contribute to the monitoring processes within Airco, as required, by various funding bodies, which includes maintaining records, statistical recording, development planning and evaluation procedures as part of contract compliance.
Demonstrate commitments to Continuous Professional Development (CPD) in line with Airco CPD policies and procedures.
Contribute to training events, staff training and development, team meetings and provide supervision and support to others, as required.
Perform such other duties that correspond to the general character of the post and are commensurate with its level of responsibility.
